Chris Cousino is an educator—trained in facilitation and a certified general/special education teacher, a maker, dreamer, artist, gardener, and parent. He has spent the past two decades working in the public realm—in urban parks and education. He loves storytelling, all things film, music, reading, and baking. He lives in New York City with his son and cat. His phrase for 2026 is the word "WONDER."

Hi! After a career in Brand and Content, I am having a heck of time writing an about me, ha ha! I guess that’s why I’m here. My family and I live in Woodstock where we often host community gatherings, impromptu art projects, and whimsical dinner parties in our neck of the Catskill woods. This year, after closing our bar in Brooklyn, I’ve been freelancing with small businesses and political campaigns. I am also a trustee of the Woodstock Public Library and produce Woodstock Pride among other initiatives around the Hudson Valley and back (home) in Brooklyn. I just learned to knit this fall and am looking forward to hibernating this winter while becoming with all of you!
