I am a very curious person who loves to learn about culture, language, and people! I would love to connect with more women who want to have a heart-led life and who are interested in knowing their deeper self.

I live in Colorado with my one fur child. I am a licensed professional counselor and art therapist. Some of my favorite things are nature, art and yoga.

I am in a beautiful cusp of life. I am a sahm homeschooling my two boys by the sea. I am an energy worker, meditation guide, and intuitive while also being passionate about community building currently during this season of my life. I am building a homeschool co op community, seeing who I am in the process, and seeing what new doors are ready for me to walk through.

I’m someone who values real connection, honest conversations, and building a meaningful life, not just a busy one. The past couple of years I stepped away from work to care for my dad after a stroke, which changed my priorities and continues to influence and shape how I see time, family, and what matters. I love travel, cities, nature, learning, and conversations that go deeper than surface level. Right now I’m in a season of figuring out what’s next for me and intentionally building it.

I am a mother of 2 girls in a blended family. I am a parenting coach, work primarily with mothers. I am in the midst of a spiritual awakening that has shifted everything for me. I want to lean into my soul's purpose and higher self, cutting out the noise that gets in the way (especially from within my own head).
